Field advertising: What is actually blooming here?

June 2022. Most agricultural fields have long since become monocultures. There is little food for insects and little diversity - apart from the mandatory flower strips. All the more reason for the VR-Bank field to attract attention. Not only to walkers or air travellers. But above all insects, which can enjoy the rich diversity of plants.

Our client deliberately did without precise colour reproduction in favour of a colourful and unique variety of flowers. Anyone who looks at the field from close up not only sees a breathtaking flower meadow, but is amazed to hear the buzzing and humming of many insects in almost any weather. Even wild bees have settled here in large numbers.

Many - even experienced farmers - have asked us again and again what we have grown here. After all, such a diversity of plants is virtually unknown in today's agricultural world. And of course, such a flower mixture costs about 20 times more than a normal flowering strip and about 32 times more than normal wheat. But for once, it is not about maximum yield and extreme cost pressure when a company takes over the sponsorship of a field for a short time. Because it is precisely then that not only farmers can breathe a sigh of relief, but also nature.
